About us
56 North was launched in April 2008 on the site of the former 'Human Be Inn'. We are a destination bar that prides itself on good food and drink. We use local suppliers including organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance products. All our food and drink is fresh and prepared on site by us. We only stock products that we would eat and drink!
56 North is part of Sutherland Hospitality LTD an independant bar operator based in Edinburgh.
